Disburse productive loans in the field and manage the financial product portfolio. Acquire and retain customers by providing personalized advisory services. Ensure portfolio quality through constant monitoring. Explore new areas and opportunities to expand the market. · What do you need to apply? Education: Technical, technological, professional degree, or student in administrative, commercial, or financial fields (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering). Experience: Minimum 1 year as an external advisor at microfinance institutions (80% fieldwork, 10% office work). Commercial skills, service orientation, fieldwork capability, and results focus. · What we offer: Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the bank. Base salary starting at $2,365,946 (adjustable based on microcredit experience). Operational transportation allowance + performance-based commissions (accessible). All statutory social benefits.
