We are currently seeking an AI Solutions Technical Leader. The selected candidate will be responsible for technically leading a multidisciplinary cell, defining modern artificial intelligence and cloud solution architectures, driving DevSecOps practices, and ensuring continuous delivery of high-impact products for our clients. **Role Responsibilities:** * Lead the technical management of an agile cell, ensuring quality and evolution of developed solutions. * Design scalable architectures for AI-based solutions and cloud services. * Define technical guidelines, development standards, and engineering best practices. * Promote and implement DevSecOps practices to ensure efficiency, automation, and security throughout the development lifecycle. * Manage and prioritize the technical backlog aligned with business objectives and client needs. * Support and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure correct implementation, integration, and operation of solutions. **✔️ Position Requirements:** * More than 5 years of software development experience. * Minimum 2 years leading agile teams and managing technology solution delivery. * Experience designing and implementing architectures for AI solutions and cloud environments. * Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, automation, and development lifecycle security. * Experience in technical team management, planning, and backlog administration. * Ability to make strategic technical decisions and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. * Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * We seek professionals passionate about technology, with strategic vision, results orientation, and enthusiasm for leading teams that build innovative AI-based solutions. * Residency in Medellín and availability for hybrid work arrangements.
