Your responsibilities include: * Structuring, stabilizing, and scaling the operations of Nivard Group SAS and GastronomieFrance, ensuring operational excellence, control, and disciplined execution. * Leading daily multi-country operations * Implementing processes, SOPs, and KPIs * Coordinating internal teams and freelancers * Reporting weekly to the CEO Requirements: * +2 years of experience in operations / PMO / COO * Experience in services, education / international mobility * Highly organized, analytical, and calm * English proficiency at least B2 (French A2+).
