Conduct surveillance to deter dishonest behavior Supermercados Dinastía La Abundancia S.A.S is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Loss Control Assistant to join our growing team. Under the supervision of the Loss Control Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for minimizing losses and improving security across our stores. · Responsibilities: 1. Implement and monitor loss control procedures to minimize internal and external losses. 2. Collaborate with the security team to ensure a safe environment for our customers and employees. 3. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally resolving customer complaints and issues. 4. Perform surveillance duties and maintain a visible presence on the store floor to deter dishonest behavior. · Requirements: Prior experience as a Loss Control Assistant, Security Officer, or in a similar role. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
