Manage telephone contact with existing and potential customers, providing advice on our motorcycle parts and accessories to generate new commercial opportunities and close sales. Main Responsibilities: Make follow-up calls to existing customers and prospects. Provide clear and detailed information about motorcycle parts and accessories. Acquire new customers and manage commercial opportunities (leads). Identify customer needs and adapt the sales pitch accordingly. Close sales and achieve commercial targets. Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen sales strategies. Requirements: Prior experience in telemarketing or telephone sales. Preferably experience or knowledge in motorcycles, spare parts, or accessories. Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives.
