We are looking for Heavy Equipment Mechanical Technicians in Itagüí! A recognized company in the automotive sector is seeking Intermediate or Advanced Mechanical Technicians to strengthen its field technical team. Job Objective: Perform maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and/or replacement of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components in heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with technical procedures defined by the manufacturer and the company. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience with heavy equipment. Knowledge of diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. Proficiency in online tools and technological platforms. Valid C1 driver’s license. Willingness to travel within and outside urban areas. Availability to work weekends occasionally. Main Responsibilities: Perform assigned maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Conduct 360° inspections of equipment. Complete service reports and intervention records. Ensure proper handling of the service vehicle. Manage travel expense reimbursements. Complete technical training and comply with HSE guidelines. Maintain excellent customer relations and service quality during every intervention. Conditions: Base salary + performance bonus + social benefits + corporate perks. Field-based work.
