Experience in food handling and HACCP Job Responsibilities: - Prepare daily production according to IKEA Food recipes, ensuring timely availability in accordance with established service schedules and delivering service that exceeds expectations. - Manage waste in compliance with current regulations and IKEA guidelines. - Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations (HACCP), guaranteeing product quality, rotation, and presentation (temperature records, cleaning, food safety, etc.). - Guarantee food safety by reporting and managing any food-related incidents following defined procedures. Requirements: - High school diploma or completed technical program in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy - Food handler certification - Minimum six (6) months of experience in food service within gastronomic businesses, food retail chains, hotels, or clubs in similar positions. - Experience in handling standard recipes, inventory management, HACCP, or other quality assurance systems.
