In this role, you will be responsible for operating flat looms, with a focus on quality, productivity, and industrial safety. Your primary mission will be to operate and monitor assigned looms, ensuring excellent fabric quality and adherence to established production schedules. Control parameters such as speed, tension, and fabric density. Identify and correct minor fabric defects or yarn breaks. Feed looms with yarn, verify process continuity, and replace empty cones. Report mechanical or electrical failures and deviations to the supervisor. Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with industrial safety regulations. Record production data and report any incidents at the end of each shift. Requirements: Education: High school diploma (Bachiller) Experience: Minimum 1 year operating flat looms or in weaving processes. Desirable knowledge: Operation and basic maintenance of looms. Textile quality control. Principles of warping, weft insertion, and types of weaves. Industrial safety and occupational ergonomics. Personal competencies: Quality orientation and goal achievement.
