We require a DIRECTOR GENERAL for a Mass Transit Project in the city of Medellín - Colombia. **Job Description** * Technical and administrative coordination of the construction process. * Lead the work team. * Participation in site committees. **Requirements** Professional in Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration. Must have a postgraduate degree in administration, management or project and/or construction management. Your professional license or registration must be older than ten (10) years. Must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in infrastructure projects in roles such as: project director or manager, site director or manager, director or coordinator of oversight, director or coordinator of project supervision, in infrastructure works. This experience must be demonstrated through a maximum of (3) contracts in which they participated for more than 50% of the total duration of each project, and at least one of these contracts must include oversight, supervision or construction of civil works for passenger transport systems including electromechanical systems installation, or oversight, supervision or construction of industrial-type buildings. Contracts related to real estate, warehouses, vacation or residential projects will not be accepted to verify the minimum specific experience.
