Position Summary: We are seeking a Plotter Operator to perform cutting and adjustments, ensuring quality and efficiency in production, with analytical capability and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of plotters and cutting machines for various materials. 2. Ensuring the quality and precision of cuts, minimizing waste. 3. Teamwork and support to other production areas. Perform pre-cuts, adjustments, and grooving on the plotter machine, and support other departments when production is at full capacity. Demonstrate strong product analysis ability to minimize defective items; prepare and configure cutting machines according to required specifications for each material type and production order. Perform cuts according to dimensions and specifications indicated in work orders, using appropriate cutting equipment and following established procedures. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of cut materials to ensure compliance with required quality standards, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies. Maximize cutting process efficiency by optimizing machine settings, minimizing waste, and effectively planning cuts to maximize material utilization. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education 3 years of experience Knowledge: Communication, Precision, Proactivity, Teamwork, Visual attention, Design arts, Commitment to quality Keywords: operator, operario, operator
