Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Logistics Assistant to support logistics and administrative operations, including inventory control, order tracking, and coordination between warehouses and point-of-sale locations. Handling of PQRS (complaints, queries, requests, suggestions) and merchandise arrival notifications Administrative Logistics Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Logistics Assistant to support the company’s logistics and administrative operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, order tracking, and proper coordination between warehouses and point-of-sale locations. Main Responsibilities • Handling and transfer of merchandise between warehouses. • Daily execution of cyclic inventory counts. • Preparation and submission of daily inventory reports. • Weekly visits to point-of-sale locations, including cyclic inventory counts by item reference. • Active participation in monthly physical inventories at warehouses and point-of-sale locations. • Handling of PQRS (reception, photographic registration, and follow-up). • Notification of merchandise arrivals to the Customer Service department. • Reporting of inter-warehouse transfers, including damage reports and defined handling procedures. • Daily end-of-shift report to the Logistics Coordinator covering: o Pending orders o Delivery notes (remisiones) o Picking activities o Operational updates • Assisting the Logistics Coordinator during their absence. • Supporting order assignment and preparation of delivery notes (remisiones). • Operational support in order picking and shipment verification. We offer: Indefinite-term employment contract Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: 2,500,000 . -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical career 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst
