




A company located in the municipality of La Estrella requires a Technical or Technologist professional, Customer Service Representative, or related field graduate with experience for its team. Responsibilities: * Continuously facilitate and update the company's CRM system. * Participate in the customer interaction plan. * Implement the national-level communication, inquiry, and customer support strategy. * Characterize and classify customers according to their level (high, medium, or low representativeness and complexity). * Ensure timely responses to customers, aligned with the organization’s strategy. * Coordinate with various organizational stakeholders to resolve customer issues. * Perform any other duties assigned that are inherent to the position. Requirements: * Intermediate Excel proficiency (minimum) * CRM experience (desirable) * Ability to manage performance indicators * Conversational skills * Grammatical competence * Office software proficiency Salary: COP $1,800,000 + COP $200,000 transportation allowance + statutory benefits.
