Identify and classify the various processes—such as basic operations—while strictly observing all established company standards related to quality, environment, occupational safety and health, and technical-sanitary requirements. Remove aluminum trays containing baked products from carts at the start of work shifts. Place liners on each aluminum tray to prevent product adhesion during the baking process. Feed the product dosing machine using aluminum trays, maximizing continuity of the process. Remove aluminum trays exiting the machine—containing products ready for baking—and place them in designated cart slots.
