We value a service-oriented attitude and teamwork **INTEGRATED OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** Company: Lazeez Department: Operations Position: Integrated Operations Assistant Immediate Supervisor: Administrator / Operations Leader **Purpose of the Position** To comprehensively support Lazeez's daily operations by ensuring proper maintenance and cleaning of work areas, providing customer service assistance, and supporting food production and preparation activities. This is a \*multifunctional\* position aimed at maintaining organized, clean, efficient, and customer-ready operations. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Cleaning and Organization \* Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen, production, service, and other operational areas. \* Clean equipment, utensils, surfaces, and workspaces. \* Assist with washing and organizing utensils and items used during operations. \* Keep workspaces uncluttered and in appropriate hygienic condition. \* Support proper handling and disposal of waste. \* Comply with Lazeez's established cleaning, hygiene, and handling protocols. 2\. Service Assistance \* Support the team during peak customer traffic periods. \* Deliver orders and assist with product assembly and dispatch. \* Maintain clean and organized service areas. \* Assist with table setup, packaging, and preparation of service-related items. \* Collect and organize utensils and items used by customers. \* Address operational customer requests as needed and direct them to the appropriate responsible party. 3\. Production Assistance \* Support basic food preparation and production activities under the kitchen supervisor's instructions. \* Perform mise en place and ingredient preparation. \* Portion, organize, and store raw materials according to established procedures. \* Assist with product readiness for service. \* Maintain an organized and well-stocked production area. \* Follow Lazeez's defined production instructions, quantities, portioning, and standards. 4\. General Operational Support \* Support various restaurant areas as required by operational needs. \* Collaborate with the team during high-demand hours. \* Promptly report shortages, damages, incidents, or situations that may affect operations. \* Follow instructions from the administrator or shift leader. \* Maintain a collaborative, willing, and team-oriented attitude. **Required Profile** Experience: Extensive prior experience is not mandatory. Experience in restaurants, kitchens, general services, production, or customer service will be valued.
