A real estate sector company is seeking a Graphic Designer under a service provision contract, with experience in the real estate sector. **Specific Knowledge:** Proficiency in design software / Adobe Suite (Photoshop - Illustrator - InDesign - Premiere) / Video editing tools / Audiovisual production projects / Digital advertising platforms (META - Google Ads) / CRM tools **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop concepts supporting the brand’s visual elements and its various projects. * Design mockups for each ongoing project. * Create graphic assets for all media channels where our current or future projects are present. * Analyze the status of each project and propose visual directions. * Manage proper brand usage and ensure its appropriate application across all advertising media. * Present graphic proposals aligned with the brand’s current stage (Expectation - Launch - Positioning - Sustenance). * Creativity, responsibility, and adherence to delivery deadlines. * Availability to work under a service provision arrangement. * Contract type: Service provision. * Fees: To be agreed upon.
