We are currently seeking an **Electrical Installation Coordinator** to lead the execution of our projects nationwide, ensuring safe, high-quality installations delivered within scheduled timelines. **Your Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and schedule installation activities for assigned projects. * Lead, coordinate, and supervise in-house technical teams and contractors (outsourcing). * Monitor adherence to schedules, budgets, and installation quality. * Conduct technical audits of installations performed by in-house staff and contracted companies, verifying compliance with internal standards, RETIE regulations, and each project’s technical specifications. * Implement corrective actions and improvement plans arising from installation audits. * Ensure compliance with RETIE regulations, electrical safety standards, and best installation practices. * Coordinate availability of materials, tools, and resources for each project. * Manage inventory of equipment and tools assigned to the installation process. * Coordinate functional testing, commissioning, and project handover. * Track installation progress and submit periodic management reports and performance indicators. * Maintain ongoing coordination with Operations, Monitoring, and Technical Support departments to ensure proper project integration. * Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors. * Identify risks during project execution and propose preventive and corrective actions to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality. **Candidate Profile** **Education** * Technician or Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Valid professional license or professional ID card (where applicable). **Experience** * Minimum two (2) years of experience coordinating electrical, electromechanical, automation, or technological infrastructure installation projects. * Experience leading technical teams and contractor companies (outsourcing). * Experience monitoring schedules, controlling costs, and meeting performance indicators. * Experience conducting technical audits or quality control inspections on installations (preferred). **Essential Knowledge** * RETIE regulation. * Interpretation of electrical schematics and single-line diagrams. * Project management and tracking. * Coordination of technical personnel. * Audit and quality control of installations. * Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. **Additional Assets** * Experience in IoT, automation, BMS systems, telemetry, or energy efficiency projects. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. * Basic knowledge of SG-SST applied to electrical work. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Assertive communication. * Customer orientation. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Decision-making ability. * Results orientation. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. **Additional Requirements** * Category B1 driver’s license (preferred). * Availability to visit clients and travel nationwide. **What We Offer** * Salary between **$3.300.000 and $3.900.000**, commensurate with experience and profile. * Professional growth and development plan. * Participation in high-impact technological projects in energy efficiency and the Internet of Things (IoT). * Excellent work environment and opportunities for continuous learning.
