Continuous support to the work team At NEWO, we seek a professional or technologist in administrative or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading teams and managing service points. **Job Objective:** Lead the daily operation of the branch, ensuring exceptional service through efficient resource management, conflict resolution, and continuous support to the work team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the branch (Coworking and Café). * Lead, coordinate, and support the work team. * Provide customer service, handling requests and concerns while guaranteeing a satisfactory experience. * Manage the branch’s budget, controlling expenses and optimizing resources. * Manage procurement and suppliers. * Maintain and administer inventory. * Coordinate scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance. **Conditions:** Fixed-term renewable contract, flexible schedule Monday through Friday, occasional availability to work on Saturdays.
