Job stability A company in the healthy food sector is seeking an Administrative Technician or related professional to support administrative, accounting, and inventory processes. **Requirements** * Technician or technologist in administrative, accounting, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Knowledge and proficiency in World Office (mandatory) * Strong skills in billing, inventory management, and payroll processing * Responsible, proactive, agile individual with an excellent attitude **Responsibilities** * Use of the World Office accounting software * Client billing (POS and standard invoicing) * Preparation of credit notes * Goods transfers between warehouses * Inventory receipt entry * Order and dispatch guide tracking * Filing and organization of departmental documentation * Payroll calculation * Purchase and income recording **Schedule** **\*\*•** **\*\*Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.** **\*\*•** **\*\*Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.** **Contract Type** **•** To be determined Apply if you wish to join a growing company offering an excellent working environment and job stability.
