Quick and effective solutions under pressure during live events. **DEPARTMENT:** Finance **POSITION:** Procurement **ROLE DESCRIPTION:** At **Max Event**, we seek a strategic, organized, and skilled **Procurement Leader**, with deep expertise in the events sector, capable of ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of all resources required for event production. A person of strong character, commercial acumen, and operational vision, who understands the pressure of live events and can respond with quick and effective solutions. Plan, coordinate, and execute the company’s procurement process, managing suppliers, negotiations, and costs while ensuring quality, compliance, and budget optimization for each project. **PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, Event Production, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within the events, production, BTL, or agency sectors (highly desirable). **SKILLS:** · Advanced negotiation skills with suppliers. · Budget management and cost control. · Knowledge of event production processes. · Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. · Organization, planning, and follow-up. · Ability to work under pressure. · Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. · Effective communication and teamwork. **OFFERING:** · Indefinite-term contract · Full-time · On-site in Envigado **Interested?** Send your resume to: **administracion@maxeventbtl.com.co**, **including a self-introduction video.** Job Type: Full\-time
