Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with managerial and technical experience in civil works and construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in civil works execution 2. Financial balance management and cost control 3. Interaction with third-party oversight and technical supervision * **Title:** Civil Engineer or Architect. * **General Experience:** Minimum five (5) years in managerial or administrative and technical coordination roles for civil works projects. Proven experience in construction companies or infrastructure sector organizations. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum three (3) years of experience leading civil works execution or construction projects. Knowledge and experience in managing project financial balances, work progress measurements, and preparing technical reports and quantity takeoffs. Experience in cost control, budget monitoring, and variance analysis. Experience in managing progress meeting minutes, construction committees, and interaction with third-party oversight and/or technical supervision. * **Additional Education:** Specialization in Project Management and/or related fields. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. * **Location:** Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon.
