Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, implement, and enhance end-to-end technical solutions, collaborating with both technical and business teams. Key Highlights: 1. Mentor other developers and collaborate on high-impact projects ### **What We’re Looking For** **Full Stack Developer** ### **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Develop end-to-end functionalities covering both backend and frontend. * Design and implement technical solutions with appropriate autonomy. * Design, build, and consume REST APIs. * Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. * Identify and propose improvements to solution performance, quality, and architecture. * Provide technical mentorship to support other developers’ professional growth. * Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ### **Experience Requirements:** * Experience developing full-stack applications, combining backend and frontend. * Experience building microservices and service-oriented architectures. * Experience working with relational databases and version control systems. * Experience participating in code reviews and applying development best practices. ### **Required Technical Skills:** * Java 8 or higher. * Spring Boot for microservice development. * REST architecture. * JavaScript and TypeScript. * Frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar. * Design and consumption of REST APIs. * Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL). * Git (branching workflow, versioning, and pull requests). * SOLID principles and Clean Code practices. * Layered application structuring based on clean or hexagonal architecture concepts. ### **Desired Technical Skills:** * Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). * Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD, DevOps). * Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or similar). * API integration and documentation tools (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI). * Messaging and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Application security knowledge (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP best practices). ### **Soft Skills:** * Ability to analyze and design technical solutions. * Clear communication to interact effectively with technical and business teams. * Autonomy in task execution. * Quality orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * Collaboration and willingness to support team members.
