Provides support for AMFE, warranties, and procurement. **PURPOSE / MISSION** ---------------------- Generate maintenance information to manage the maintenance process and enable timely decision-making **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Configure and update equipment maintenance information in defined information systems to ensure data quality and availability. * Request quotations for materials/services required to execute actions and operations outlined in the maintenance plan at the lowest possible cost. * Generate information, indicators, and reports to support analysis and decision-making processes. * Document physical inventory information, processing of updates, and technical information related to machinery and equipment to guarantee up-to-date and reliable asset data for the organization. * Administration and cleansing of master data for maintenance materials and services. * Management of technical information and imports. * Support for AMFE, warranties, and procurement. * Coordination of transfers and control of material availability. * Management of quotations for materials and services. * Updating of process indicators and reports. * Apply established quality, environmental, and occupational risk management standards, rules, and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with current legal requirements, Business, and Grupo Nutresa requirements.
