Provide key support in procurement and inventory management. **Procurement Assistant** **Location:** San Germán, La Iguaná, Medellín **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Rotating Saturdays **Contract Type:** Indefinite \- **Job Mission** Support the organization’s procurement and inventory management, ensuring timely supply of equipment, materials, and supplies, as well as control and reconciliation of inventory movements. \- **Responsibilities** * Request quotations from suppliers for purchasing equipment, goods, spare parts, materials, and supplies. * Review purchases made on a weekly basis and reconcile them with available inventory, ensuring correct allocation to cost centers. * Maintain constant communication with suppliers to manage issues such as returns, damages, warranties, and other situations related to products or services. \- **Academic Qualifications** Technologist or professional degree in Procurement, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
