Currently, we need to incorporate a Procurement Assistant into our team, with a background in Business Administration and/or related fields (Procurement). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within the food sector. Experience in preparing purchase orders and inventory control. **Specific Knowledge:** Proficiency in the SIIGO system is preferred. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** 1. Preparation of purchase orders (POs) in the Siigo software. 2. PROCESS OF REGISTERING EVENTS WITH THE DIAN IN SIIGO. 3. Daily review of the calendar and placing all required orders related to the department to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. 4. Updating the internal application. 5. Document management and systems administration. 6. Procurement and expense management. 7. Continuous improvement and market knowledge. **Position Conditions:** Work schedule: Full-time – on-site. Location: Production plant (primary): Buenos Aires / Medellín. **Availability:** Full-time – on-site. Monday to Saturday (Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM), with availability to handle emergencies or special requests.
