Objective: Design, align, and secure the technological architecture of assigned projects, ensuring that proposed solutions effectively address business needs and comply with Makers’ technical, methodological, and quality guidelines. This role aims to lead technical definition, coordinate the development team, facilitate communication between the client and internal teams, and ensure that architectural solutions are scalable, secure, efficient, and aligned with the company’s technology strategy. Key Requirements: Previous experience leading teams. Professional degree in systems, software, computing, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in software development, architecture, or related areas are desirable. Knowledge and experience in securities trading, banking, or other financial market-related domains are desirable. Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Architecture. Knowledge and experience in Process Automation. Familiarity with the C4 Model. Certifications in architecture and/or software development. Knowledge and/or experience with other cloud platforms such as GCP (Google), OCI (Oracle Cloud), IBM, etc. Knowledge and/or experience in DevSecOps cycles, including CI/CD tools, GitOps, configuration management, infrastructure as code, etc. Certifications and/or experience in development—backend and frontend—such as .Net Core, Spring Boot, React.js, Angular, etc. Experience with event-driven/message-based architectures/frameworks. Responsibilities: Methodological Management: Responsible for ensuring adherence to agreed-upon methodologies and service levels under the agile frameworks used by the company and/or clients (Scrum/Kanban). Liaison Role: Serve as the liaison between client teams and the development team. Technical Definition: As someone knowledgeable about client needs and architectural guidelines, support the development team in technical definitions, aiming to meet the client’s established guidelines. Achievements: Translate business needs into technological solutions and ensure delivery according to agreed commitments. Coordination: Responsible for coordinating developer(s) or other applicable team members. Architecture: Perform conceptual, software, and technological instantiation architecture designs for solutions related to the implementation of assigned projects. Adherence: Support project teams’ understanding of architecture, decisions regarding changes to it, and adherence to solutions, client technology ecosystems and stacks—or those inherent to Makers’ products. Guidelines: Participate in developing development guidelines and best practices. Co-Creation: Actively participate in forums for technical and methodological development and evolution within the company. Engagement: Actively participate in the various ceremonies established by the framework of the assigned project. Position Type: Full-time
