Contributes to operational profitability and cash flow. * Purchase planning * Supply and redistribution to stores * Inventory control and optimization * Commercial compliance and product availability * Operational profitability and cash flow Main Responsibilities * Analyze historical sales, trends, and turnover to forecast inventory needs. * Execute supply planning for physical stores and other sales channels. * Monitor stockouts, overstock, and coverage by SKU, category, and point of sale. * Coordinate strategic product redistribution among stores based on commercial performance. * Generate recommended purchase orders based on demand and budget. * Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and commercial seasons with timely supply. * Develop management reports for commercial and operational decision-making. * Track supplier performance and delivery timelines. * Propose continuous improvements in inventory, turnover, and logistics efficiency. * Ensure balance between product availability and cash flow. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Business, Statistics, or related fields. Required Experience * 2–4 years in supply, inventory, demand planning, or procurement. * Retail, fashion, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or retail chain experience preferred. Technical Knowledge * Advanced Excel * Inventory KPIs * Forecasting and demand planning * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or others) * Power BI (preferred) * Retail commercial management Work Location: On-site employment
