Knowledge of budgeting, construction administration, and construction techniques A leading company in the construction sector requires the following for its team: **Finishing Works Resident Assistant:** Profession: Civil Engineer or Architect Job Description: Support the Finishing Works and Renovation Resident in monitoring masonry, structural work (black work), mortars, plastering, tiling, and finishing works for both gray and white structures—from utility networks and masonry through to painting, drywall, and carpentry finishes. Monitor and control the execution of finishing and renovation activities. Prepare biweekly material requisition forms, manage materials and modifications arising from renovations, supervise activities according to the project’s inspection plan, verify and manage assigned inventories and resources—fully complying with the Company’s standards regarding safety, quality, budget, scheduling, and applicable regulations. Required Skills: Budgeting and budget control; Construction administration; Construction techniques for internal networks, gray work, and white work; Knowledge of acceptance criteria and tolerances for finishes; Familiarity with apartment renovation and handover processes; Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety; Basic understanding of current environmental and occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations; Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Project, and Navisworks; Intermediate proficiency in Word and AutoCAD viewers; Familiarity with the Last Planner System; Proficiency in SINCO software. General Required Experience: 3 years as a Finishing Works Resident. Work Location: On-site employment
