Compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations * Position Objective: Support maintenance activities for the fire network systems to be serviced, ensuring compliance with the technical specifications established in the contract. * Position Responsibilities: **Technical Execution** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems. * Conduct inspections, tests, and diagnostics of equipment. * Carry out renovations, adaptations, and modernizations on assigned systems. * Perform repairs and estimate required time and materials. **Operational Compliance** * Adhere to the schedule and work plan defined by the supervisor. * Execute activities in accordance with established technical procedures. * Ensure compliance with the contract’s quality plan. **Reporting and Information** * Report execution and results of performed activities. * Notify pre-existing conditions or failures affecting service delivery. * Provide information for preparation of technical reports. * Complete checklists and daily activity reports. **Resource Management** * Ensure proper use of assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Report damage or malfunctions of tools or equipment. * Manage project resources appropriately. **Safety and Compliance** * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Report incidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions. * Use personal protective equipment correctly. * Participate in risk prevention and control activities. **Operational Support and Teamwork** * Support field inspections and technical activities. * Follow instructions from the project leader or supervisor. * Collaborate in achieving contractual objectives. **Vehicle Use (where applicable)** * Operate assigned vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations. * Conduct pre-operational inspections. * Ensure vehicle care, order, and maintenance. * Contractor Company Description: A Colombian company specializing in consulting, design, engineering, installation, and maintenance services for auxiliary services and fire protection systems in the industrial sector; also carries out native species reforestation projects in response to governmental requests for regional native species.
