**Responsibilities:**
* Provide strategic and operational leadership for all finance\-related activities across the region.
* Serve as a member of the Latin America Management Team, contributing to cross\-functional decision\-making.
* Oversee and manage the regional function, leading a team of up to 10 professionals across financial reporting, payroll accounting, business control, tax and accounting.
* Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in line with global reporting schedules.
* Drive preparation and consolidation of financial statements and management reports for Latin American operations.
* Continuously refine and enhance finance related workflows and internal controls to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with global policies.
* Implement global finance initiatives at the regional level (e.g., cash pooling, inventory systems, ERP enhancements).
* Provide financial insights and strategic support to the CEO of Latin America and regional leadership team.
* Manage periodic budget vs. actual analysis and communicate results to management and stakeholders.
* Act as a finance business partner, delivering actionable analysis to support operational and strategic objectives.
* Ensure all financial operations are conducted in accordance with corporate policies and relevant accounting standards.
* Negotiate and discuss billing related matters with clients.
**Qualifications**
* Progressive finance experience, ideally within multinational or matrix organizations.
* Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams within small to mid\-sized operations (10–15 staff).
* Strong technical foundation in finance principles; with working knowledge of business performance metrics.
* Demonstrated ability to oversee financial planning and analysis (FP\&A), budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Experience with statutory reporting requirements, tax compliance, and working with external auditors.
* Prior involvement in executive or senior leadership teams, with the ability to contribute strategically across functions.
* Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
* Practical and operational knowledge of local GAAP and Tax legislation as well as IFRS and Transfer Pricing.
* Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Results\-oriented, with a hands\-on leadership style, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude toward innovation and process improvement.
* Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
* Readiness to work on\-site in our office and to travel as necessary to support the Finance team and general business needs in the different countries in the region.
