Flexible schedule, willing to learn and experiment We’re looking for a reliable, creative Camera Operator to film our team as we produce short\-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. Responsibilities Operate cameras and smartphones during video shoots Film team members appearing on camera Frame shots and maintain proper focus and exposure Assist with camera, lighting, and audio setup Follow scripts, shot lists, and creative direction Capture multiple angles and takes when needed Organize and safely manage footage and equipment Collaborate with the team to improve the visual quality of our content Qualifications Interest or experience in videography, filmmaking, or content creation Basic understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and camera movement Comfortable using cameras or smartphones to record video Reliable, organized, and able to follow direction Willing to learn and experiment Previous work or a portfolio is a plus but not required Students and self\-taught creators are encouraged to apply.
