Job Summary: We are seeking a junior Engineer to provide commercial-technical advisory services for project registration in the Colombian Wholesale Energy Market, with a focus on growth and specialization in the Colombian electricity market. Our model promotes sustainability and creates new economic, social, and environmental opportunities across diverse regions, fostering positive local and global impact. **Objective:** To provide accompaniment and commercial-technical advisory services to plant owners and EPC contractors during the commercial boundary registration process, in synergy with Unergy. This role was created to strengthen consultancy services as value-added support and relieve the CGM team from advisory tasks, enabling them to focus on technical registration and information uploading. It is a junior position designed for internal training and progression toward becoming a specialized consultant in the Colombian electricity market. **Responsibilities:** * Advise and support plant owners and EPC contractors on the steps, requirements, and timelines for registering projects with the Wholesale Energy Market (MEM). * Collect, review, and validate the client's technical information prior to submission for registration, ensuring quality and completeness. * Track the status of each case and document frequent inquiries to continuously improve advisory services. * Provide technical support to the Wholesale Energy Market (MEM) commercial team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technician or professional degree (recent graduate or up to ~1–2 years of experience) in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Energy Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of the electricity sector (concepts of generation, metering, and energy markets). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Excel and office/digital platforms. **Desired Requirements:** * Familiarity with the Colombian regulatory framework (CREG, XM, commercial boundaries, self-generation / distributed generation). * Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy. * Prior experience in B2B customer service or commercial roles. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Why Join Us?** * You will work with a diverse, young, and impact-driven team. * You can help shape the future of our technology by proposing bold and creative ideas — and together, as a team, we’ll evaluate and implement them. * You’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally within a company rapidly evolving in this highly innovative market. * You will contribute to delivering clean energy and energy efficiency to everyone.
