As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and translating sales, inventory, and forecast data into strategic decisions that positively impact our production and stock replenishment. In the role of Demand Planning Analyst, you will collaborate directly with production and sales teams to ensure optimal product availability across both our B2B and B2C channels, contributing to the achievement of our business objectives and service-level targets. At Maaji, we value talent that transforms information into strategic solutions for business growth. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze daily sales performance, turnover, and inventory levels by channel, launch group, product line, and SKU. * Develop and update short- and medium-term demand forecasts, consolidating sales data and commercial objectives. * Support production and replenishment decision-making based on forecasts, turnover rates, and actual sales. * Monitor inventory availability (ATS) and generate reports on SKUs at risk of stockout or overstock. * Track the performance of new product launches and adherence to the collection lifecycle in retail stores. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, basic Python) * Prior coursework or certifications in demand planning models, statistical analysis, business intelligence, commercial intelligence, or supply chain analytics are highly valued Employment type: Full-time, indefinite
