We seek a Technician with twenty-four (24) months of experience in technical maintenance tasks within the plastic manufacturing sector, interested in contributing their talent to the organization’s growth and operational continuity, thereby establishing a link between technical maintenance and production process efficiency. **Academic Qualifications:** Electromechanical or Industrial Instrumentation Technologist or Engineer, or related fields. **Job Mission:** Ensure the good condition of the company’s machines and equipment, guaranteeing their proper operation through application of established maintenance guidelines and policies, in order to support the continuity and efficiency of production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct visual inspections and daily checks of machines and equipment according to the maintenance plan, to detect anomalies promptly. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machines, ensuring their proper operation. * Record and update maintenance reports in the assigned program or software, ensuring traceability of performed activities. * Perform inspection and repair of electric and hydraulic motors, as well as measurement of electrical variables in cooling equipment. * Install and adapt new equipment and machines, complying with the company’s technical and safety standards. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Electricity, electronics, pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics, and PLC programming. * Knowledge of HRA (High-Risk Activities such as working at heights, hot work, and hazardous energy). * Preferable experience with plastic processing machines and equipment. * Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. **Salary:** between $2.500.000 and $3.000.000 depending on profile + statutory benefits. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, rotating 8-hour shifts. **Work Location:** Medellín. **Requirements:** Electromechanical or Industrial Instrumentation Technologist or Engineer **Offer Conditions:** **Net Monthly Salary:** 2500000
