Your responsibilities will include: * Confirm service details (time, location, specifications) with domestic experience partners via WhatsApp. * Continuously monitor and report any incidents or issues. * Supervise compliance with schedules and proper execution of assigned services. * Ensure assistants complete services without complications by providing clear instructions and support, avoiding any obstacles. * Support in implementing logistical strategies to optimize processes and reduce resource usage. * Monitor the proper use of supplies by assistants. * Transfer requests and problems to the appropriate departments when necessary. * Maintain effective communication with assistants and other departments. * Generate periodic reports on performance and incidents. * Perform any other operations-related tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the area.
