One of our business lines focuses on intelligent measurement of energy consumption and generation, seamlessly integrating all related data into our proprietary application and platform, and adding further value to this information through analysis and processing. * **Position:** Occupational Health and Safety Analyst. * **Location:** Medellín, Antioquia. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid. * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. **Position Objective:** Ensure the correct implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), guaranteeing regulatory compliance, documentary traceability, assurance of safe working conditions, and promotion of a prevention- and well-being-oriented culture. This role requires a high level of technical judgment and autonomy to coordinate administrative and operational OHSMS activities both in office and field settings, contributing to system strengthening and safe performance across all organizational areas. **Responsibilities:** * Define the OHSMS strategic direction aligned with corporate vision and business objectives. * Evaluate system performance through data analysis and insights to guide high-impact decisions. * Design and drive organizational initiatives that reinforce OHSMS culture, compliance, and maturity. * Serve as the strategic technical reference for management and key departments to influence institutional decision-making. **Mandatory Requirements:** * University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Valid Occupational Health and Safety License (not a technician-level license). * Current mandatory 50-hour OHSMS training course. * Minimum 3 years of experience in OHSMS management, implementation, or enhancement within construction, energy, or field-based project companies. * Knowledge of and ability to apply Colombia’s Resolution 0312 of 2019 and current occupational health and safety regulations. * Additional training in management systems standards (e.g., ISO), ideally including ISO 45001 internal auditor certification. * Experience handling, analyzing, and interpreting OHSMS indicators. **Desirable Requirements:** * Ability to coordinate effectively with management, HSEQ teams, third-party oversight (interventoría), and cross-functional departments. * Experience in designing and improving organizational processes. **Why Join Us?** * You’ll work with a diverse, young, and mission-driven team committed to global impact. * You’ll help shape the future of our technology by proposing bold and creative ideas—ideas we’ll jointly assess and implement as a team. * You’ll have opportunities to grow professionally within a rapidly evolving company operating in an innovative market. * You’ll contribute to delivering clean energy and energy efficiency solutions to people everywhere.
