**General Description and Responsibilities** We are looking for a Business Validation Assistant, who will be responsible for executing actions and different strategies aimed at blocking any fraudulent or suspicious establishment that goes against the rules stipulated by the various regulatory bodies, thus providing reasonable assurance regarding the organization's internal controls and its degree of goal compliance. We are a young, enthusiastic, friendly team eager to grow together. **Knowledge and Skills:** Office tools Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Pivot tables **Education:** Technical or technological degree in administrative or legal fields **Experience:** Two (2\) years in customer service, call center, or auditing **Responsibilities:** * Set priority in the validation of businesses or individuals registered in the payment gateway. * Schedule welcome calls to establishments fully validated (100% validated). * Schedule the sending of welcome emails to businesses fully validated (100% validated). * Comply with the requirements of the Business Validation Manual. * Notify customer service (SAC) about clients registering under an aggregator model who have restrictions for doing so, for Gateway customer assignment. * Provide timely responses to tickets from the Audit and Business Validation department. * Self-train on the various agreements offered by the company. * Handle phone calls meeting service quality standards and delivering clear and truthful information. * Promptly report any issues or impediments affecting the performance of duties. * Meet established timeframes for business validation. * Address requests or demands made by management or leadership teams. * Ensure compliance with security standards defined in PCI and Sarlaft regulations. * Comply with the rules established in the internal work regulations. * Notify businesses of any type of findings discovered during the validation process. * Attend feedback and review meetings, contributing to continuous improvement. * Properly use assets, access credentials, platforms, and other tools provided by the company for job performance. * Guarantee compliance with established response times for merchant requests. * Record in Manage all actions taken regarding a business undergoing validation. * Evaluate factors and characteristics of businesses or individuals requesting credit limit increases on their accounts. * Verify that welcome emails are correctly sent. * Thoroughly verify the digital presence of businesses to identify inconsistencies. * Verify that registered businesses are validated within the 24 hours established in our SLA. * Ensure ticket responses do not exceed 72 hours. * Validate that inquiries to information bureaus are executed correctly. * Cross-check documents submitted for merchant account validation. * Report incidents or faults identified in modules used during job activities. * Notify suspicious businesses or unusual operational activities. * Report suspicious businesses or patterns indicating LAFT risk to the compliance unit. * Manage and motivate the team in leveling up their knowledge to achieve goals more quickly. **Salary:** $1\.578\.000 per month \+ $400\.000 performance bonus **City:** Medellín **Benefits:** * Work mode: Hybrid (Medellín) * Additional vacation days. * Free days on special dates. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth. * **Some benefits are subject to terms and conditions.**
