**General Description and Responsibilities** We are looking for a Transaction Validation Assistant who will be responsible for executing actions and various strategies aimed at blocking any fraudulent or suspicious operation that goes against the rules stipulated by different regulatory bodies, thereby providing reasonable assurance regarding the organization's internal controls and its level of objective fulfillment. We are a young, enthusiastic, friendly team eager to grow together. **Knowledge / Skills:** * Office tools * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Pivot tables **Education:** Technical or technological degree in administrative or legal fields **Experience:** Minimum of two years in customer service, call center, or auditing **Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly to support tickets from the transaction support department * Handle merchant chats regarding transactions, meeting service quality standards and providing clear and accurate information * Meet established timeframes for validating transactions, pending, accepted, or retained * Address requests or requirements made by management or director teams * Ensure compliance with security standards defined in PCI and Sarlaft regulations * Comply with the rules established in the internal work regulations * Notify merchants of any anomalies identified during the transaction validation process * Attend feedback and review meetings, contributing suggestions for continuous improvement * Use properly the assets, access rights, platforms, and other tools provided by the company for carrying out duties * Guarantee compliance with stipulated timeframes for reversal requests * Record in Manage all actions taken on a transaction or merchant undergoing validation * Ensure daily reports are sent, or as otherwise specified by management * Cancel withdrawals if transaction validation has not been completed * Verify that notification emails about transaction holds have been sent to the merchant * Verify that held transactions do not exceed 48 hours * Check that ticket responses do not exceed 72 hours * Validate that inquiries to information centers and edata filters are being executed correctly * Cross-check documents submitted for validation of required transactions **Salary:** $1.578.000 per month + $400.000 performance bonus **City: Medellín** **Benefits:** * Work mode: Hybrid (Medellín) * Additional vacation days. * Free days on special dates. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth. * + Some benefits are subject to terms and conditions.
