Description

Job Summary: Die press operator responsible for die assembly, production, quality control, and equipment maintenance, ensuring workplace order and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert die assembly and handling 2. Quality inspection and machinery maintenance 3. Blueprint interpretation and proper tool usage Assemble dies (use the specified clamping system, know the required tonnage for the operation, use correct bolts, align the die with the punch) Interpret blueprints Use tools correctly (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) Perform metal stamping production on selected material Handle material waste properly Maintain the die press (lubrication) Conduct daily inspections of the die press (check specified pressure) Perform quality inspection on produced parts Maintain order and cleanliness at workstations Employment Type: Full-time Experience: * TWO: 1 year (Mandatory)
