Bilingual Collections / Accounts Receivable Representative Location: Viva Envigado – 100% On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday | 45 hours per week | Office hours Salary: $2,525,000 + performance bonus + legal benefits Contract: Indefinite term About the Role At iQor Colombia, we are looking for Bilingual Collections / Accounts Receivable Representatives to support an important U.S. financial services line. In this role, you will help ensure accurate billing, timely invoice follow-ups, and professional customer communication, mainly through email and occasional calls. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in English with international clients, this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Do Review and process customer invoices daily to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Monitor accounts receivable balances and identify discrepancies. Follow up on outstanding invoices via email or phone to support timely payments. Document all customer interactions clearly after each communication. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve the customer payment experience. Stay proactive in managing follow-ups and maintaining strong client communication. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or billing support. English level B2 (written and conversational). Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to track financial information accurately. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Availability to work on-site in Envigado.
