




Position Summary: Lead maintenance strategies and projects, managing resources to ensure process reliability at optimal cost. Key Highlights: 1. Promote competency development within cross-functional teams. **PURPOSE** ------------- Define and lead maintenance strategies and associated projects for the assigned process through planning and administration of resources (personnel, spare parts, services, time, information), achieving reliability of the responsible processes at optimal cost. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Prepare and manage the maintenance budget for the responsible process. * Define the strategy for developing and implementing maintenance plans for the responsible process. * Support and guide performance management of the team under supervision, promoting competency development among team members. * Monitor and support analysis of critical failures and implementation of plans to eliminate recurrence. * Define requirements for new products and process improvements through active participation in projects. * Define initial technical control of projects associated with the responsible process. * Ensure implementation of SIG and Operational Excellence requirements. * Authorize requests for spare parts and consumable materials for the responsible process according to authorized amounts. * Track performance indicators and outcomes of the responsible process. * Lead execution of critical maintenance activities (major preventive and corrective maintenance). * Promote adherence to and proper execution of the Operational Excellence Methodology across work teams. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** ------------------------------ * Leadership, communication, and empathy skills to develop and inspire cross-functional and multicultural teams toward objective achievement. * Skills in project and process improvement administration, organization, and execution. * Decision-making ability, results orientation, and timely response capability (time management). * Competency in indicator and budget administration. * Knowledge of machinery and equipment safety regulations. * Resource management skills to effectively fulfill commitments at all organizational levels. * English B2. * Computer tools \- Intermediate Excel. * Intermediate maintenance information systems (SAP). **EDUCATION** ------------- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering. **EXPERIENCE** --------------- Minimum 5 years of experience leading maintenance processes. *\* Preferred in food industry companies.*
