Working under pressure and attention to detail At **Jobandtalent**, a leading employment services company, we are searching for top talent to work with one of our major partners: **Position: Weaving Operator** We are looking for operational staff with technical proficiency and commitment to join our production plant. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year operating **flat, circular, or industrial weaving machinery**. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with textile processes, threading, fabric monitoring, and in-machine quality control. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and availability for rotating shifts. **Offer Conditions:** * **Base Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ Statutory benefits. * **Additional Benefits:** Payment for night shift premiums, Sunday premiums, holiday premiums, and overtime hours worked, plus entitlement to 1 compensatory rest day per week. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or labor contract through the staffing agency **Jobandtalent**. * **Location:** Itagüí (Industrial zone).
