We invite you to apply for the position of INTEGRAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT / CITY (MEDELLIN) and join our great Flamingo Stores family. **Job Mission:** You will be responsible for comprehensively executing procurement, replenishment, and merchandise registration processes to achieve the company's defined sales and service performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** · Register merchandise or services purchased by customers at cash registers using various payment methods, ensuring proper sale closure per company processes and procedures, including daily product sales and customer data capture. · Collect payments for various credit products (e.g., MEFIA, FIAO) from customers; clarify customer inquiries or direct customers to the Customer Experience department for resolution. · Stock merchandise at the point of sale according to product turnover rates and UEN requirements, ensuring adherence to the company's established replenishment route. · Organize floor merchandise (replenishment, folding, tailoring, tagging, cross-merchandising) displayed on fixtures (tables, gondolas, racks, dump bins, stacks) according to assigned load standards to ensure product availability for sale and store visual appeal. · Provide customer service in the fitting room, ensuring high-quality customer service and proper organization and control of apparel merchandise. · Receive and store merchandise arriving from the CEDI or suppliers in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate processing and inventory control, promptly notifying the immediate supervisor of any anomalies. **Requirements:** · High school graduate. · Courses related to sales, marketing, commercial operations, or logistics. · Minimum experience in cash handling and product/service registration processes and/or warehouse, procurement, or replenishment processes. · Proficiency in office software tools. **IMPORTANT:** · Work schedule runs Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week. · Rotating shifts (store opening or closing), depending on the specific store.
