This role plays a critical part in maintaining service reliability, minimizing delays, and supporting daily intermodal operations. Key Responsibilities: \-Monitor and track intermodal shipments from origin to destination using TMS and carrier portals. \-Proactively identify delays, disruptions, or exceptions and escalate issues as needed. \-Communicate shipment status updates to customers, drivers, dispatchers, and internal stakeholders. \-Ensure accurate and timely data entry related to shipment milestones, arrivals, and departures. \-Coordinate with rail ramps, drayage carriers, and terminals to confirm container availability and movement. \-Support issue resolution related to delays, detention, demurrage, or missed appointments. \-Maintain detailed records and logs for all tracked shipments. \-Collaborate closely with dispatch, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. \-Adhere to company processes, service standards, and customer SLAs. Qualifications: \-Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations (intermodal experience preferred). \-Strong understanding of Track \& Trace processes. \-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. \-Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously. \-Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), carrier portals, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. \-Ability to work in a fast\-paced, time\-sensitive environment.
