You will lead the housekeeping team, manage shift and task assignments, oversee linen, amenity, and cleaning supply inventories, and coordinate closely with front office, maintenance, and operations teams to guarantee optimal guest experiences and efficient resource utilization. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise room and public area cleaning and presentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate and assign tasks and shifts to housekeeping staff. * Monitor inventories of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies. * Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues. * Coordinate operational priorities with front office and operations teams. * Prepare daily room status reports and support quality audits. * Address special guest requests and ensure a consistently positive guest experience. * Coordinate deep cleans and special cleans (check-out, maintenance, events). **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in similar roles (Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor), preferably in hotels or aparthotels. + Knowledge of cleaning techniques, linen control, supply management, and hotel quality standards. + Leadership ability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. + Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and discretion. + Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. + **Residency in Chía or nearby municipalities** (Cajicá, Cota, Zipaquirá, or surrounding areas). **Contract Type**: Indefinite-term contract. 7:30 AM – 3:50 PM, including 1-hour lunch break Monday to Saturday, plus two Sundays per month **Schedule: Monday to Saturday**: (7:30 AM – 3:50 PM, including 1-hour lunch break) and two Sundays per month. *Rotating weekend shifts every six weeks.* **Salary**: COP $2,500,000 We’re not looking for perfection—we seek commitment, authenticity, and genuine passion for the industry.
