Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturdays according to prior scheduling **Responsibilities** ------------- * **Dispatch Management in System:** Register and validate dispatches in the JDA system, ensuring proper traceability of the operation. * **Task Assignment to Picking Staff:** Coordinate and distribute tasks among the picking team according to operational demand. * **Verification of Alignment Between Systems and Physical Operations:** Ensure that system-recorded movements match actual floor operations. * **Supplier Coordination:** Receive, validate, and manage supplier requests related to deliveries, documentation, and incidents. * **Incident Reporting:** Document and communicate any deviation or incident occurring during the operational process. * **Document Generation and Digitization:** Create operational documents, scan, and digitally archive them to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. * **General Administrative Support:** Collaborate with other CEDI departments on administrative and operational tasks as needed.

An important company is seeking an Accounting Assistant for its team, a student in the final semesters of Public Accounting or recent graduate, with good personal presentation, excellent interpersonal skills, willingness to work, customer service ability, responsible and organized individual, with experience in: * Proficiency in SIIGO and HELISA software * Cost and expense accruals, knowledge of applying respective taxes such as reteicas, retefuente, etc. * Payroll management, accruals, provisions, and processing of social security payroll settlements. * Responsibilities: Accrue expenses, purchase invoices, billing accounts, prepare disbursements and cash receipts, perform bank reconciliations, pre-tax settlements, document handling, prepare and submit external reporting to “DIAN”, and support other tasks required within the accounting department. Must reside in Chía or surrounding areas. Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays if required. Position type: Permanent
