We are looking for an Accountant for our company Copacking Envases Industriales, a highly committed professional with experience in accounting, knowledge of finance and tax compliance, who will contribute to the proper control and management of the organization’s accounting and financial information, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of industrial packaging. **Responsibilities:** • Maintain and control the general accounting of the companies in accordance with current regulations. • Prepare and analyze financial statements. • Prepare and file national and district tax returns. • Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. • Record and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Control fixed assets, depreciation, and accounting provisions. • Support internal and external audits. • Ensure proper filing and custody of accounting information. • Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. • Support the company’s financial and budgetary management. **Requirements:** • Degree in Public Accounting. • Valid professional license. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies. • Solid knowledge of Colombian accounting and tax regulations. • Knowledge of taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, ICA, income tax). • Experience preparing financial statements. • Proficiency in office tools and accounting software. • Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. • Knowledge of internal control standards and compliance requirements. **We offer:** Salary of $3,600,000 to $4,000,000 depending on experience.
