Job Summary: We are seeking a Basic Operator to carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials, operate compaction machinery, and maintain storage areas. Responsibilities: Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure brand protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Requirements to Apply: Primary education Experience: 6 months of experience in high-demand operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Working Conditions: Salary: $1.750.905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide shuttle service; having personal transportation is mandatory.
