The primary purpose of this position is to execute raw material refining processes under strict safety and operational efficiency standards, ensuring final product quality and continuous production line operation. Functions and Responsibilities Carry out plant operational tasks, including fitting, casing, and quality inspections of finished products. Supply raw materials, inputs, and packaging to various plant sections such as hoppers, mills, and blowers. Ensure proper handling of tools, machinery, and assigned equipment to prevent damage or waste. Maintain order and cleanliness in machines, equipment, and plant facilities according to established protocols. Profile Requirements Education: Technical or technological degree specializing in industrial fields, mechanics, industrial processes, or related disciplines. Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in industrial plants, preferably involving heavy machinery operation or refining processes. Knowledge: Familiarity with in-line products, basic quality control, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Others: Must be of legal age. Working Conditions Salary: $3,742,960.00 plus statutory benefits. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday (44 hours per week) with one compensatory day per week. Workplace: Cajicá. The company provides transportation service to Bogotá districts including: Kennedy, Fontibón, Puente Aranda, San Cristóbal, Santa Fe, Chapinero, Barrios Unidos, Engativá, Suba, Usaquén, Tunjuelito CUNDINAMARCA, SABANA NORTE, Chía, Sopó / Hato Grande Sector, Tocancipá, Zipaquirá, Cogua and neighboring municipalities. Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract with all statutory benefits.
