The incumbent will be responsible for risk assessment, control testing, monitoring of risk indicators, and supporting business areas in implementing actions that contribute to robust and preventive risk management. **Academic Qualifications:** Professional degree in Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Specialization in risk management, internal control, or related areas is desirable. **Experience:** Minimum two (2) years of experience in operational risk management roles within the financial sector, preferably in trust companies or brokerage firms. **Technical Knowledge/Tools:** * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). * Operational risk management and internal control. * Assessment of inherent risk, control testing, and residual risk analysis. * Tracking of risk indicators (KPIs) and control monitoring. * Applicable regulations for the financial sector and securities market. * Digital tools supporting analysis and productivity. **Skills and Competencies:** * Collaborative work and building effective relationships across different areas. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and timely delivery in operational environments. * Effective communication to participate in analytical discussions and decision-making forums. * Ability to lead technical conversations and contribute to control- and risk-related discussions. *BBVA Valores has over 25 years of experience in the Colombian stock market.
