What will you do daily? * Know, understand, and comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, standards, and procedures to contribute to achieving the Company’s objectives and targets. * Report unsafe acts and conditions, incidents, accidents, and nonconformities, supporting root cause analysis and implementing resulting controls. * Know, understand, apply, and promote IMS policies to contribute to achieving the Company’s objectives and targets, as well as applicable standards, legal requirements, and other management-related requirements. * Lead the investigation and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and nonconformities, actively participating in defining controls and monitoring their effectiveness. * Coordinate investigations into accidents and incidents occurring within the area under your responsibility and execute defined action plans, ensuring dissemination of lessons learned. * Understand the environmental risks and aspects associated with activities or processes under your responsibility, encouraging subordinates to promptly report any unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and accidents. * Disseminate, review, and ensure implementation of standards and procedures, as well as correct completion of supporting records for integrated management. * Know, understand, and disseminate emergency and contingency plans, ensuring execution of planned actions, mitigation of consequences, and resumption of activities. * Actively participate in and promote subordinate participation in activities defined within management programs. * Ensure achievement of process performance measurement results, analyzing those results and establishing improvement actions. * Implement Ecopetrol’s Integrated Policy under the contract and ensure full compliance by all workers under your supervision. * Ensure compliance with PSS indicators and lead implementation of improvement actions related to them. * Ensure necessary resources are available to achieve contract-defined targets. * Ensure implementation of preventive health and hygiene programs and PSS strategies to control accidents and absenteeism. **Requirements** -------------- What will make you successful in this position? * Degree in Nursing. * Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health. * Certification for Working at Heights and Coordinator for Working at Heights. * Training related to the position, as defined in the Training Matrix. * 50-hour and/or 20-hour course in Occupational Safety and Health. * Occupational Health License. * Proficiency in office software and valid C1 driving license is mandatory. * Minimum three (3) years’ experience in related roles within hydrocarbon companies.
